Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item, how refunds are issued, how to cancel an order, and how we handle payment disputes.
Returns
You may return most physical items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with any tags attached. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this is noted on the product page where it applies.
How to start a return
- Email us at motuskov@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We'll confirm the return and send instructions, including the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within the return window. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process returns for items we don't receive.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible at motuskov@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you may return it under the returns policy above once it arrives.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping) at no cost to you.
Payment disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. We work with our payment provider to investigate disputes and chargebacks in good faith and will respond with relevant order and delivery records. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
