Who we are

Warn & Peace is operated by warnandpeace, registered in Armenia. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean warnandpeace.

Products and pricing

We sell tactical clothing and gear. We make every effort to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we'll contact you and you may continue with the corrected order or cancel it. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated there.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the pricing was clearly wrong, or we're unable to ship to your destination — and will refund any payment taken.

Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Geographic and export restrictions

We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia and Belarus, where we do not sell or deliver. You may not purchase our products if you are located in, or are ordering for delivery to, those territories. You also agree not to purchase, export, or re-export our products in violation of any applicable export control or economic sanctions laws. Orders that appear to breach these restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds, order cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Armenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
